İsmail Bayazıt is a seasoned communication and branding professional with more than 20 years of experience in the area of communication strategy, brand and awareness building. He has managed various brands worth billions of dollars throughout his career by reforming their corporate identity strategies based on his unique insight.

He is the founder and chairman of Brandcom Media Group which is a media company operating in the fields of communication, big data analysis, publishing, production, advertising, media planning, organization & event management, reputation & public relations management and performance marketing through 13 companies under its roof. Employing more than 250 professionals, the group creates an annual value over ₺670M by serving over 150 clients including global, regional and local industry giants.

He took many roles as a founder, CEO and Chairman at Dutch Capital, Alba Analytics and Global Vision Consultants which are serving in the field of CRM, investment and finance.

After he took his BSc degree at Radio, Cinema and Television from Ege University, he started to work at TV channels and PR companies. Then, he studied Marketing Communication at Roosevelt University, Chicago, Illinois.

His education on MarCom, led him to build his career on communication and he worked at many Tier 1 companies in Turkey as a Marketing and Corporate Communications Director.

Mr. Dajani is a business and thought leader, a strategic advisor to governments and corporates, seasoned banker, and investment professional. He has over 25 years of experience in investment management, corporate advisory, and strategic government initiatives, and holds board memberships across countries in the GCC, Middle East, Turkey, and the Balkans with a multi-billion-dollar transaction history across diverse sectors in numerous economies.

Mr. Dajani holds an MPA from Harvard University, has completed the Executive Management Program at Stanford University Graduate School of Business, and holds a BSc from Liverpool School of Pharmacy in the UK. Mr. Dajani is a Founding Member of the Royal Pharmaceutical Society of GB. He is a long-standing Honorary Consul of the Republic of Seychelles in Jordan.

He is Chief Executive of Dubai-based IMCapital Partners that operates a strong practice in Government & Corporate Advisory, strategy, and business consultancy services. Mr. Dajani is Member of the Board of Directors of Jordan Ahli Bank and Chairman of Board Nomination & Remuneration Committee.

Mr. Dajani was formerly Chairman and CEO of Citibank in Qatar; Head of Key Clients at Goldman Sachs in its Dubai-based Investment Management Division; and Advisor to the Board of Directors of United Arab Bank in the UAE.

He was appointed Foreign Policy Advisor to the Prime Minister of Kosovo, overseeing the development of strategic plans and strategies to attract global funds and Foreign Direct Investments (FDI) across multiple economic sectors to support economic development.

Mr. Dajani was Chief Executive of the Investment & Development Office of the Government of RAK in the UAE where he led major investments of this Sovereign Wealth Fund, streamlined and concluded multi-billion-dollar investments & strategic initiatives. He was also Chief Oil & Gas negotiator, and Spokesperson on economic affairs and investment initiatives.

He was Head of the Country Rating Committee for the Government of RAK; Head of the Founders Committee of RAK Properties; Member of the Founders Committee and the first CEO of RAK Petroleum; Chairman of RAK Multi-Specialty Hospital; Chairman of the Board of Governors of George Mason University (RAK), and Chief Government Representative/Board Member of several projects in real estate, hospitality, education, healthcare & industry.

Mr. Dajani was a Member of the Board of Directors of Alternatif Bank in Turkey, a Member of Board Executive, Remuneration, Risk & Audit Committees; and Chairman of Alternatif Lease.​ He was also a Member of the Investment & Governance Advisory Council of Humania Capital with investments in healthcare (Saudi German Hospital) in the Middle East & emerging markets.

As thought leader, Mr. Dajani has contributed his work across diverse publications and has regularly spoken at banking, business & economic conferences.

Ismet Gergerli is a senior banker, an author, a lecturer and a seasoned C-level executive.

He has worked many years in Halkbank assuming many roles such as Department Head and Regional Coordinator of SME Banking. During his tenure at Halkbank, he also served as a Member of the Board of the Credit Guarantee Fund between 2008-2011.

As of November 2015, he assumed the responsibility of the General Directorate of Credit Guarantee Fund Inc. and as a member of the Board.

After taking office in November 2015, an intensive change was initiated for the restructuring and institutionalization of CGF. The operation and infrastructure of CGF has been redesigned since the beginning of 2016 and its infrastructure has been restructured. The system has become integrated with Banks, as in other examples in the world.

Today, CGF has become one of the world's largest Credit Guarantee Institution, has attracted the attention of many financial institutions around the world with this unique model. It has been mentioned fast, healthy and result-oriented.

In the process with CGF, many bankruptcies have prevented, healthy growth of the banking sector was achieved and the contribution to Turkey’s growth in 2017 is assumed to be approximately 3-3.5%.

As of March 23, 2020, he has left his position as Credit Guarantee Fund General Manager and Board Member.

Mr. Gergerli was born in 1969 in Adıyaman's Kahta district. He holds a BSc in International Relations from Ankara University as well as a master's degree in Sociology.

He was selected as the "Bureaucrat of the Year of 2018 " at the "Business People of the Year Award Ceremony" organized by the Economist Magazine.

He has published a book named "The Secret Power of Japan Economy" that published by İş Kültür Publications. He also has many published articles.

He teaches Banking at Anadolu University Faculty of Economics and Administrative Sciences and SME Management and Product Management lectures at Haliç University.
